THINK POSITIVELY INHALER

This fresh-smelling blend can lift the clouds of negativity in an instant! Crisp, intriguing bergamot and tangy sweet orange provide a touch of citrusy sweetness, contrasting with the warm, mellow notes of clary sage. Melissa is optional, but you can add a drop or two if you have it; it makes this blend even more uplifting. DIRECT INHALATION, SAFE FOR AGES 6+, DO NOT USE IF PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING

4 drops bergamot essential oil

2 drops clary sage essential oil

2 drops melissa essential oil (optional)

2 drops sweet orange essential oil

1 . Put the essential oils in a small glass or ceramic bowl. Swirl the bowl around to blend the oils.

2 . Put the cotton wick from the aromatherapy inhaler in the bowl and allow the wick to absorb the blend.

3 . With a pair of tweezers, place the saturated wick into the aromatherapy inhaler and assemble. Snap or screw the cap into place. Affix a label to the inhaler.

4 . Open the cap and inhale deeply through your nose as often as needed.

SELF-CARE BOOST: If negativity is weighing on you, try turning it on its head with yoga. Yoga inversions (poses where the legs are in the air) are amazing for quickly changing your mood. For example, the legs-up-the-wall pose is a great one for settling your nervous system and giving you a positivity boost.
